Nice Home; Inaccurate listing
Reviewed by Jack on 8/19/2010
The house was very nice and was as advertised in every way except one that was important to us. The home was advertised as having 2 baths; it only has 1.5. The upstairs bathroom has no shower or tub, and with a large group, I booked it with that expectation. I sent an email with a friendly complaint suggesting that you change your advertising. I expected some response . . . received none. Nice house. Nice people to deal with. But description was inaccurate and I was disappointed with lack of response.
Manager's Response:
Technically you are correct it is 1.5 baths and the listing has been updated. I never received the email or I would have responded. I always respond to all emails and phone calls for each of our cabins. I apologize if your email got lost in cyberspace.
The stream, as opposed to traffic, was wonderful!

Thank-you for allowing us to use your awesome place. We really did enjoy the time away from the daily (***)... It was hard to see the cabin in our rear view mirror on our way out. I believe that my favorite part of our stay was the stream going around the house. We were actually able to use the fire pit once. We stayed busy checking out all of the places nearby.

We had a wonderful week in your Mammoth Creek Cabin. It was a lovely place to stay. It was so relaxing to feel as if we were all alone in the world in this peaceful, queit area. Our 12 year old was delighted with what was his first "white Christmas." It was also great to be able to bring our dog with us on vacation. Thanks for a wonderful week! Nora

With out a doubt the best time I've ever had renting a vacation spot online. The cabin is perfect for comfort and has all the attributes for being an excellent fishing spot with the two streams in front and back. It happened to snow for the last two days that we stayed, it was beutiful.I really have nothing negative that I would add. The owner was the best to deal with. He was even willing to send local help if we had trouble with getting out due to the snow. I had one of the best times ever with my family. Thank you! BJS
New Years Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the cabin this past new years. There had just been a snowstorm a few days prior to our arrival, so there was about 2 ft of snow covering everything when we got there and it looked beautiful. The cabin was equipped with multiple heaters and even firewood for the fireplace so all we had to bring was food and clothing. We enjoyed the fact that this cabin wasn't directly next to other cabins so we had privacy as well. The owners were extremely accomidating and even called to make sure everything was ok which we appreciated greatly. We enjoyed our time so much and are looking forward to heading back this winter.
Nice place to stay

The cabin is well equipt, the campfire pit is fantastic and the area is so dark at night that the stars are amazing. We used the cabin as a base for exploring the area (Bryce, Zion, etc) and found it a little further than drive times suggested but overall a good experience.
